The deal, in plain words.

You get a 14-day Trial, then a monthly Subscription. KeySend only reads your Google Ads data. You decide what to change in Google Ads.

The short version

KeySend only reads your Google Ads data. It never changes a campaign, an ad, a budget, or a billing setting.
The Trial is 14 days and needs no payment card. After it, the Subscription is $49 a month for up to 5 Ad Accounts.
Code calculates every Metric. AI writes the Updates and the Recommendations. You decide what to change in Google Ads.
You can cancel the Subscription at any time.

Who this is between

These terms are an agreement between you and ALPLUS TECHNOLOGIES S.R.L., a company registered in Romania that runs KeySend. "We" means that company. By signing in to KeySend you agree to them. Questions go to [email protected].

What you get

KeySend is a web application at keysend.app that reads your Google Ads every day and tells you what changed, why, and what to do: a daily Update for each Ad Account, a Weekly email, an Alert when something breaks, and an Export as a PDF file.

The Trial lasts 14 days and needs no payment card. After the Trial, KeySend stops reading your Ad Accounts until you start the Subscription.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Each Workspace has one User.

You're responsible for the Google logins you connect. You must have the right to access each Google Ads account you add, for example a client's permission.

What KeySend does in Google Ads

KeySend only reads. It never changes a campaign, an ad, a budget, or a billing setting.

Google's permission is broader than what KeySend uses, because Google Ads offers no read-only permission. If you want a hard limit, connect a Google login that has Read-only access to the account.

Price and payment

KeySend has a Trial and a Subscription.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe.

The Subscription renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. The Subscription keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.

If we change the price of the Subscription, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from a renewal, never in the middle of a month you paid for.

Refunds

If the Subscription isn't for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.

Later monthly payments aren't refunded as a rule. If something went wrong, email us and we'll be fair about it.

Updates and Recommendations

Code calculates every Metric from your Google Ads data. The Metrics depend on the data Google provides.

AI writes the Updates and the Recommendations from the changes that KeySend detects. It does not write or change a Metric. They are not professional advice.

You decide what to change in Google Ads. KeySend never changes your Ad Account and never sends anything to your clients. An Export is a file that you download; you decide who receives it.

Your data

Your data is yours. How we handle it is set out on our privacy page, which is part of these terms.

Fair use

Use KeySend for Google Ads accounts that you have the right to access. Don't try to get into another Workspace, don't abuse the service with automated requests, and don't connect a Google Ads account without the right to do so.

If an account breaks these rules, we may suspend it. We'll tell you why, and where we can we'll talk to you first.

Keeping it running

We work to keep KeySend available. We don't promise that the service will never be interrupted, and we may take it down briefly for maintenance.

If something goes wrong

If KeySend fails you, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem, and we aren't liable for lost profit or other indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time. If you have a Subscription, cancel it. We can end the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. If we ever stop offering KeySend, we'll give you at least 90 days' notice.

Changes to these terms

If we change something that matters, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of Romania, and the Romanian courts decide any dispute. If you have rights under the law of your own country that can't be signed away, you keep them.
